Terms & Conditions Of Sale
- All announcements made sale day take precedence over any printed material, all information in the advertising is from sources deemed reliable and is believed to be correct, but the auction company will not be liable for any errors or correctness of descriptions. Bidder acknowledges that it is his responsibility to inspect equipment and make his own judgment prior to bidding. All sales are final.
- Everything will be sold "as is, where is" there are no warranties as to the merchantability or fitness of use either expressed or implied of any item in this sale.
- Full payment must be made on sale day by cash or cashiers check. Buyers unknown to the Auction Company must furnish an irrevocable bank letter addressed to Bruchhaus & Bruchhaus Auctions, Inc. guaranteeing payment if paying by check. There will be no exceptions allowed. No drafts accepted.
- Sales tax will be added where applicable. Any sales tax exemptions must be accompanied by proper exemption documentation.
- Merchandise becomes buyer’s responsibility as soon as the auctioneer declares it "SOLD".
- Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury and property damages and agrees to hold the auction company and auction yard harmless from said incident.
- This list is subject to additions and deletions despite our effort to avoid withdrawal of items from the sale list after they are advertised.
- The following documents are needed for
titled vehicles:
- Copy of current drivers license
- Federal ID numbers for businesses
- Proof of insurance for item for vehicle
purchased.
- There will be a $50 notary and
processing fee.
