    3. We can locate and haul equipment to the auction site in a manner to assure that it will be intact when it gets here.
    4. As you acquire surplus and distressed equipment- bring it to our yard.
    5. We provide a safe place for all equipment to be stored and auctioned.
    6. We will provide you with a complete sellers list, which includes each of your items sold.
    7. We take the extra effort to make this a pleasant experience for you.

  • Preview of items to be auctioned

    Bruchhaus & Bruchhaus Auctions hold an open house the day before each auction. You are welcome to preview all auction items. Pre-registration is available as well as answers to any questions about auction items.

  • Refreshments sold during auction

    We have burgers and cold drinks for sale at our aution site.

 


 

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. All announcements made sale day take precedence over any printed material, all information in the advertising is from sources deemed reliable and is believed to be correct, but the auction company will not be liable for any errors or correctness of descriptions. Bidders acknowledges that it is his responsibility to inspect equipment and make his own judgement prior to bidding. All sales are final.
  2. Everything will be sold "as is, where is" there are no warranties as to the merchantability or fitness of use either expressed or implied of any item in this sale.
  3. Full payment must be made on sale day by cash or cashiers check. Buyers unknown to the Auction Company must furnish an irrevocable bank letter addressed to Bruchhaus & Bruchhaus Auctions, Inc. guaranteeing payment if paying by check. There will be no exceptions allowed. No drafts accepted.
  4. Sales tax will be added where applicable. Any sales tax exemptions must be accompaied by proper exemption documentation.
  5. Merchandise becomes buyers responsibility as soon as the auctioneer declares it "SOLD".
  6. Bidder acknowledges resposibility for any personal injury and property damages and agrees to hold the auction company and auction yard harmless from said incident.
  7. This list is subject to additions and deletions despite our effort to avoid withdrawal of items from the sale list after they are advertised.

We have our own transportation to help you get your items to our auction.
